03 roles01 Graphic & Brand Designer →
Help shape how ALLGRIP looks and feels across our website, packaging, social media, and ad creative. You'll work closely with our founder to build a bold, consistent visual identity as we scale across Europe.
What you'll do
- Design graphics for our website, email campaigns, and social channels
- Develop packaging and product photography concepts
- Create ad creative for paid social and marketing campaigns
- Help maintain and evolve our brand guidelines
What we're looking for
- A strong portfolio showing brand or e-commerce design work
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- An eye for clean, modern, sports-driven aesthetics
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
02 Bookkeeper →
Keep our finances organized as we grow our order volume across the EU. You'll be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping and making sure our numbers are always accurate and up to date.
What you'll do
- Process invoices, receipts, and monthly bookkeeping
- Reconcile sales, payments, and shipping costs across our systems
- Prepare VAT filings and support our accountant at year-end
- Flag issues and suggest improvements to our financial processes
What we're looking for
- Experience with bookkeeping for a small business or e-commerce store
- Familiarity with Dutch/EU VAT rules
- Comfortable with tools like Shopify, Exact, or Moneybird
- Detail-oriented and reliable with deadlines
03 Operations & Growth Manager →
Be one of the first hires at ALLGRIP and help run the day-to-day of the business while we scale across Europe. You'll work directly with our founder across operations, logistics, and growth.
What you'll do
- Oversee order fulfillment, shipping, and customer service operations
- Help plan and execute marketing and growth initiatives
- Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements
- Support supplier and logistics coordination as we expand
What we're looking for
- Experience in e-commerce operations, growth, or a similar role
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup
- Data-driven, organized, and proactive
